Capital for acquisition of distressed residential investments

Our client is an experienced residential investor firm looking to purchase distressed residential portfolios at 35% - 40% discount to Open Market Value with rental income in excess of 10% of purchase price. He is looking for an equity facility to allow him to purchase such portfolios speedily. He will then refinance the portfolios at 65% OMV within 3 to 6 months thereby enabling the equity to be drawn back out and reinvested into the next opportunity.
