What sort of fee do you charge?

Our fees depend on the complexity of the project and of course its size. We first need to fully evaluate the project before we can determine what fees we will charge. We endeavour to come back to our clients with indicative terms from lenders (including our fee) within 2 weeks of instruction but can do so more quickly if all the information we need is provided by the borrower in advance and upfront.
