Mezzanine Loan for Investment Properties in Germany

Clients required a mezzanine slice on a well-let investment property in Western Germany to enable them to minimise their equity contribution. We were able to put in place a facility which, while attracting a coupon, also took minority equity participation. This facility enabled clients to reduce their equity injection to 12.5% of total costs (purchase price + 9% acquisition costs)
